Torrance Hospital IPA Medical Group is a small independent practice association that prides itself in a personalized approach to our members’ and physicians’ needs. For over 24 years, our 157 primary care doctors and 258 specialists in over 50 specialties have been providing 58,000 South Bay members with exceptional care.

We are exclusively contracted with the award-winning Torrance Memorial Medical Center. The THIPA leadership team has backgrounds in medicine (MD), nursing (RN), science (MS), public health (MPH) and medical management (MMM). It is our mission to work closely with our members and physicians to provide the most compassionate, high quality medical care possible.
